Sponsors

Sponsor Ubra

Ubra is MIT licensed and free forever. Sponsorship is what keeps releases signed, tested and shipping.

Why sponsor

Signed builds

Code signing certificates for macOS and Windows cost money every year, and they are what stops your OS warning you about an unidentified developer.

Cross-OS release testing

Three platforms means three sets of hardware and three sets of bugs. Sponsorship pays for the machines and the time to test on all of them before a release.

Maintainer time

Issue triage, review and documentation are the unglamorous work that keeps an open-source project usable. Funding it keeps releases regular.

FAQ

Will Ubra ever stop being free?
No. Ubra is MIT licensed and free forever. Sponsorship funds the project; it does not buy features behind a paywall.
Do sponsors get priority features?
Sponsors get faster issue triage and input on the roadmap. They do not get private builds — everything ships to everyone.
Can my company sponsor?
Yes. Once the sponsorship platforms below are live, company sponsorship will go through the same tiers.
Can I contribute instead of paying?
Absolutely — pull requests, bug reports and documentation fixes on https://github.com/Ubra-Dev/ubra are just as valuable.
