Legal
Terms
Ubra is open-source software offered under the MIT license. These terms cover the app and this website.
The software
Ubra is licensed under the MIT license, © 2026 Ubra. You may use, copy, modify and distribute it under that license, which is included in the repository. The license text is the authoritative document; nothing on this page narrows it.
No warranty
As the MIT license states, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The maintainers are not liable for any claim, damage or other liability arising from its use. Ubra runs coding agents that can modify files on your machine — review what they do and keep backups.
Third-party agents and services
Ubra runs agent CLIs you install yourself, such as claude, codex and opencode. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and by any plan you hold with their providers. Ubra is not affiliated with them.
This website
Content here is provided for information about the project. Downloads are served from GitHub Releases under GitHub's terms. We may change pages at any time as the project evolves.
Trademarks
The Ubra name and logo identify this project. The MIT license covers the code; please do not use the name or logo in a way that implies the project endorses your fork or product.
