Workspaces & panes
Three levels: workspaces hold tabs, tabs hold terminal panes, panes run agents.

Workspaces
A workspace points at a project you are working in. Switching workspace switches the whole context — its tabs, its panes and the sidebar contents come with it.
Tabs
Tabs divide a workspace into separate working surfaces, so an exploratory session and a long-running build do not fight over the same screen.
Terminal panes
Panes are the actual terminals, rendered with xterm.js. Each one runs a real agent CLI process — the same binary you would run yourself — so anything that works in your shell works here, including interactive prompts and TUI output.
Multiple panes in one tab is the normal case: several agents working in parallel on the same project, visible side by side.
Explorer & Source Control
The sidebar gives you the workspace file tree and its source control state, next to the agents editing those files, so you can see what changed without switching to another app.
